Hockey Coach Lesson sessions are available for hockey players aged six and older, regardless of skill level. To participate in these sessions, skaters must have a pre-scheduled lesson with an Authorized PISC Instructor.

Maximum 25 skaters per session.
(Additional skaters cannot be added once a session is full – no exceptions.)
All skaters must complete session registration on a first-come basis before entering the ice.
(Online and on-site registrations are available.)
All skaters must check-in with rink staff before entering the ice for each session.
All skaters must follow the session guidelines posted at the rink.
Full gear required – no exceptions.

Stick Time sessions are designed for hockey players aged six years and older, regardless of skill level. These sessions offer an excellent opportunity to enhance your skating and shooting abilities. It’s important to note that Stick Time is meant for individual practice involving hockey skills and drills only. Activities such as partner play, scrimmages, or game scenarios are not permitted, and no lessons will be offered during these sessions.

These sessions provide a great opportunity to enhance your skills in a scrimmage format, with the added guideline that checking is not permitted. Currently, please note that the rink is not offering any Pick-Up sessions at this time.
