All group memberships must be paid at the same time to receive discount and must begin on the same day
Photo will be taken of each member when membership is processed. Membership begins the day the card is purchased.
Membership card is non-transferable and for member use only
All memberships are non-refundable and no credit will be issues for any unused benefits.
Member card has no cash value
Replacement fee is $50 for lost card and same member card can be replaced only once during each membership period.
Member discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.
Membership cards remain the property of the PISC. Privileges can be revoked and card will be cancelled if any misuse is verified.
