New 14-week league session runs from the week of
March 30 thru
July 26, 2009. Semi Final games will be Sunday, August 2nd. Championship
games will be Sunday, August 9, 2009.

Games
Ages 18 to Adult: Games will be played on Sundays starting at 5:00pm and every
1-1/2 hours there after
(all games are 1- hour in length).
The clock will be run on stop time for the last 2 minutes of the 3rd
period.
No drop-ins will be allowed for any game
Full Hockey Gear Is Required
Championship
games will be held Sunday, August 9, 2009.
Pricing Schedule:
Ages 18 to Adult: $420.00 (if paid in full by April 5, 2009).
SPECIAL PAYMENT PLAN: 3 payments of $145 each (total
$435)
1st payment due on or before 4/5/09
2nd payment due on or before 4/19/09
3rd
payment due on or before 5/31/09
Team Captains, Team Representatives & Scorekeepers receive 50% off
the original price
Substitutes pay
$30 per game when a team is shorthanded. This does not include the
Wednesday practice.
Goalies pay a one-time fee of $20.00 per year (New Goalies Only)
EVERYONE MUST BE PAID IN FULL OR PAID THE 1st PAYMENT BY
April 5, 2009 OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY
- NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
In-House Hockey Includes:
* Supplemental insurance coverage while playing hockey at PISC for
the duration of the current 14-week league series.
* 14 FREE hockey clinics with coaching (ages 16 and over) on
Wed. nights from 7:45 -9:30pm.
* One game per week for 14 weeks.
* One hockey jersey ($11.00).
* 1 extra week if your team makes it to the playoffs
