NOW OFFERING HIGH AND LOWER LEVEL  DIVISIONS

  STARTS THE WEEK OF APRIL 5, 2010.

ALL INITIAL ROSTERS MUST BE IN BY MARCH 31ST

 A TRY OUT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR NEW PLAYERS ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31 AT 7:45PM

New 10-week league session runs from the week of April 5 thru June 27, 2010. Semi Final games will be Sunday, July 11th. Championship games will be Sunday, July 18, 2010.

There will be no games on the following dates: April 25,  May 30 and July 4, 2010.

10 Games

Ages 18 to Adult: Games will be played on Sundays starting at 3:45 pm and every 1 hour there after (all games are 1- hour in length). The clock will be running time and  stop time for the last period.

 No drop-ins will be allowed for any game

 Full Hockey Gear Is Required

Championship games will be held Sunday, July 18, 2010.

Pricing Schedule:

Ages 18 to Adult: $300.00 (if paid in full by April 11, 2010).

SPECIAL PAYMENT PLAN:  2 payments of $175 each (total $350)

1st payment due on or before 4/11/10
2nd payment due on or before 5/2/10

Team Captains, Team Representatives & Scorekeepers receive 50% off the original price

Substitutes pay $30 per game when a team is shorthanded.  This does not include the Wednesday practice.

Goalies pay a one-time fee of $20.00 per year (New Goalies Only)

EVERYONE MUST BE PAID IN FULL OR PAID THE 1st PAYMENT BY April 11, 2010 OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

In-House Hockey Includes:

* Supplemental insurance coverage while playing hockey at PISC for the duration of the current 10-week  league series.
* 10 FREE hockey clinics  (ages 16 and over) on Wed. nights from 9:15 -10:45pm.
* One game per week for 10 weeks. 
* One hockey jersey   ($11.00).
* 1 extra week if your team makes it to the playoffs
